Controller

The controller of your personal data is Peak Solutions s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 09860983, Strančická 1084/29, 100 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic. Contact for questions about personal data: gdpr@peaksolutions.cz.

What data we process and why

When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address and the text of your message so that we can reply to you and, where relevant, prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

How long

We don't store the message from the form in any database. It reaches us as an e-mail, and we keep it for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting discussions about working together. In addition, we technically keep your e-mail address for 48 hours to limit the number of automatic replies per address.

Processors

The website runs on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg), which hosts the site and delivers the e-mails sent through the form (Amazon SES). Data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt region); when content is delivered through the CloudFront network, it may also be transferred outside the EU under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The form is protected against bots by Turnstile from Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical browser data and the IP address; data may be transferred to the USA under the standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to gdpr@peaksolutions.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
